Community Guidelines

Note that all capitalized terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same definition as the ones we
used in our
Terms of Service.
HoverCom enables Users to share their thoughts and exchange with others while fully
respecting our Community Guidelines at all times. Access to and use of our Services imply
compliance with these Community Guidelines. Hence, breach to these Community Guidelines
may result in your content being removed or your account being suspended or deleted.
1. Prohibited content
While HoverCom gives Users great freedom in sharing their thoughts, we prohibit different
contents including, but not limited to:
- dangerous content, including, but not limited to:
- promotion of illegal activities,
- promotion of terrorist contents,
- content that depicts or promotes violent behaviour or self-injury,
- threats against any individual - be it a User or not,
- discrimination based on religion, nationality, race, colour, sex, sexual orientation or
disability,
- incitement to hatred,
- explicit and sexual content,
- content that endangers minors - including sexual content that features minors,
- harassment, including, but not limited to:
- disclosure of personal and confidential information,
- humiliation, defamation and encouragements to cyberbullying,
- impersonation in a manner that is likely to be misleading,
- spam, including, but not limited to:
- programming automated scripts to follow or unfollow many Users and upvote or
downvote many comments and replies,
- programming automated scripts to promote content on our Services,
- posting irrelevant content,
- posting links to deceptive content,
- content that violates intellectual property rights.
2. Additional guidelines
HoverCom also asks you not to engage in malicious activity including, but not limited to:
- hacking or damaging our Services,
- creating multiple accounts to manipulate upvotes and downvotes or to evade suspension
or deletion of one of your accounts,
- using HoverCom to perform prohibited transactions, including, but not limited to,
transactions related to drugs, firearms or prostitution.
3. Enforcement of our Community Guidelines
Our Community Guidelines can be enforced in different ways, including, but not limited to:
- reminding you that your use of HoverCom is subject the respect of our Community
Guidelines,
- removing inappropriate content,
- suspending - temporarily or permanently - or deleting your account.
4. Changes to our Community Guidelines
We may sometimes modify these Community Guidelines. We will try, as much as possible, to notify
Users of any change made to these Community Guidelines. However, we strongly encourage you
to look at the Community Guidelines on a regular basis to look for such modifications. If we modify
our Community Guidelines, we will post the modified Community Guidelines on our Services and
we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Community Guidelines. Notice that your
use of the Services after Community Guidelines were modified is considered an acceptance of the
new Community Guidelines. Hence, in case you disagree with the new Community Guidelines, you
have to stop using our Services.
